The Dulcious concept consists of stackable glass cake domes with the base dome resting on a round plate.  All domes feature a double edge which guarantees a perfect stack.

Each underplate matches with a transparent glass dome, which are available to purchase separately.  Only one underplate, for the largest dome, is required if stacking.  Although they are designed to work together the pieces can be used individually should you wish to do so.

Ontwerpduo is now an established name in Dutch design. What started as a duo - Tineke Beunders and Nathan Wierink, is now a design studio with a close-knit team of devisers and doers.  The duo make a very complimentary team. Beunders has wonderful ideas for new functions of existing objects but fails to think about practical and technical aspects.  Wierink has the ability to transform the idea into a functioning object that is also surprising.
